hey everyone

I want to know process as of right now. we sending all document together or first pay AOS and send AOS package and then month after pay iv fee and then send IV package?

I paid AOS fee last week like on 11th but still its sawing as IN PROCESS I m worried what to do they took money from my account on 12th but still is in process.

I tried calling them today but now they change something on phone they say because of large volume all representative are busy try call later. they don't even put on hold now?

CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME WITH THIS.

thanks

if NVC already debited AOS fee from your bank account, then, go ahead and send both AOS and IV package together in one shipping package. Inside this shipping package, put AOS package in one envelope and put IV package in another envelope.

You don't have to wait to pay IV fees before sending your IV package...You can send them both as soon as you have paid your AOS fee.

Wish you Good luck

gotta wait, takes a while sometimes. yes, nvc has changed their call procedures. if you call and they're too busy they let you know to call back. keep trying!!

i'd call the nvc to inquire. if you get the run around, call back to double check on your status. if you still continue to not get clear answers, call back and ask for a supervisor. squeaky wheel gets the oil. good luck!
