OMG our AOS fee just changed from paid to n/a, literally in the last 20 minutes. I've checked it like 100 times today. I can't believe it!!!!!!!! Our scan date was 1/30.

Received checklist this morning...so confused. They are asking for :

_____7 - COURT RECORDS:___________________________________________

Please submit a photocopy of the applicant's court or prison records indicating the nature of this person's

conviction and sentence. These records should bear the official seal of the issuing authority.

We supplied ALL the police reports that clearly stated he had no police record.

The only thing I can think of is he was detained by US border patrol, and held at a detention center for a few days...he was not charged with anything and took voluntary exit (payed his own ticket home) never saw a judge or was sentenced to anything. It was not a prison, there was no judge or conviction.

Also, for two days straight we have been calling NVC and no calls will go thru- just the same old recording that due to high call volume all representatives are busy and to call back later. I am just going to say it....this sucks.

Finally paid green card fee: 6/24/2016 ( note said we will receive it within 60 days)

April 2017 update: Marriage still going strong, baby boy getting bigger. Life is good

We got a letter on 17th Feb from NVC saying that they had received our documents and giving us a case number. Does anyone know where is can be checked for progress?
