Just keep calling till you get through.

Wednesday and Thursday evenings have been easier for me to get through. Usually I connect after about 10 calls , 25 minute hold time. Monday lunch has been the worst 30 minutes of dialling then 70 minutes on hold.

Been calling NVC all day...recorded message that "due to overwhelming call volume" they aren't accepting calls right now...ALL DAY LONG. So how are people getting in line to talk to them? I thought I saw something from Saylin that we could call the DOS and get through that way, but I am not seeing that number in the Wiki anymore. My 60 days were up on March 15...Payment portal still says paid. I am hoping for CC...but need to talk to someone. I pray this doesn't mean a checklist. GRRRR

Same issue. I paid the AOS fee on 03.03.2015 and the system still shows 'in process'! I called them today to check on the delay and they said that they had an issue with their website and the rep said she has no idea when it would be in order. That I just need to keep checking the status! CRAZY!

Wow! exact same situation as you. I paid my AOS fee on 3/03/2015 too, and it's still saying "In Process". They took the money the next day. I finally decided to call on 03/12/2015 and the rep said the same thing, they are having issues with thier payment portal. She told me she would give my case to a supervisor and that I should continue to check. it's still in Process.

In my situation yes. I have recieved 2 checklist both about AOS but the first one requested i864A for my sponsors husband and the second checklist is requesting i864 for my sponsor husband ( we mailed this the first time) and signature pages for each affidavit cuz they are questioning the valditity of the signatures. And when i recieved the 2nd checklist it said my case was closed and to take affidavits to interview. I called NVC immediatly and they said it was not closed and to mail all affidavits again and wait 60 day review.. :'(

Yes this is normal...it takes about a month after you email your documents to receive an email from the NVC. I sent my documents on February 11 and just got an email from the NVC last week. Just relax, you are fine...it just take time!!

if this is the case then we should have heard something by now. we sent ours in feb 15, i'm not holding them to a scan date as i have heard so many people from canada who ep not getting them. if i get one...marvelous! I'll be pleasantly surprised!!!!

still keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for an april cc!
