I am in the exact same position as you. When I called Friday they said to go ahead and send both packages.

Their explanation for the slow down was that they are currently upgrading their computer system. Not sure how accurate that is though.

The lady I talked with was very apologetic.

Quick question about when to send documents to NVC: We paid the AOS fee nearly two weeks ago but are still waiting for the IV fee to be invoiced (NVC says it can take up to 42 days or something). So we haven't completed DS-260 (IV application). Can we send in all the supporting documentation, including civil documents, now?

Saylin's wiki seems to suggest we wait till both fees are paid and send in both AOS and IV documents in the same package but an NVC rep told me when I called that we could start sending the documentation now.

Totally confused...

OMG our AOS fee just changed from paid to n/a, literally in the last 20 minutes. I've checked it like 100 times today. I can't believe it!!!!!!!! Our scan date was 1/30.

When is your scan date?

My scan date is 01/20. Actually I am new here and don't have idea on creating a signature or a timeline. I did tried though but I think it din't went through properly.

That's better. The 3N/A's you have been seeing for the past one week means you have a CC already. Start calling now!!! Keep us updated.. :dancing: :joy: :dancing: :joy:

I called them this morning and the representative told me just wait and yes she was very rude like she is sick of talking.

Now I have a question this may be late to ask but scan date is the date they receive your documents right, not the date they email you about when they got your documents??? They received my documents 01-14-2015 and I received an email that they received my documents on 02-05-2015.

Correct, your scan date is the date NVC received your documents (1/14)

5/28/15: INTERVIEW - denied

6/8/15: I-601/I-212 waivers received

Same issue. I paid the AOS fee on 03.03.2015 and the system still shows 'in process'! I called them today to check on the delay and they said that they had an issue with their website and the rep said she has no idea when it would be in order. That I just need to keep checking the status! CRAZY!
