Submit DS-261 : January 7, 2015
Receive IV Bill : January 15, 2015 
called after AOS showed paid, they released it overnight)

Send IV and AOS: January 29, 2015
Scan date: February 3, 2015

 (only need to send south Africa police report)
Case Complete: June 3, 2015 

EMBASSY: 10 months
Interview appointment letter : December 4, 2015

Visa Received : 4/13/2016 ( they sent us a email stating our visa was ready for pick up)

Started working!!: 5/25/2016
Finally paid green card fee: 6/24/2016 ( note said we will receive it within 60 days)
Green card in hand: 7/5/2016 10 year green card we done!! 

1st king born: 6/30/2016

April 2017 update: Marriage still going strong, baby boy getting bigger. Life is good

After 1 hour and 6 minutes on hold, the nice rep confirmed my case was completed today (scan date 1/23/15). Feeling so blessed! Started this journey in December 2013 and thank god it's almost over! Good luck to everyone still waiting. I hope this means NVC is speeding up their processing times for everyone. Best of luck!

This is wonderful news and glad yours was only like 50 days since scan date gives the rest of us some optimism! I got married in Jan 2014 so started the process just after you and hoping I finish just a few weeks after you! CONGRATS TO YOU BOTH!

OMG my mom's case completed today! Scan date 01/20/2015.. Still waiting for my dad's due to the " mail" they claim I sent them which I didn't send any, his scan date is now March 4..

On the portal I have two N/A's currently one under Affidavit of Support Documents & Financial Evidence and one under Civil
Documents. . IV Application says completed.... Just want to know where is the third N/A likely to appear so as I look in the right spot? thanks
