Thanks!

I have another question regarding the previous tax returns. My joint sponsor filed jointly in 2013 but she is the one sponsoring the immigrant. Her total income and the total income on the tax transcript don't match because the tax transcript includes both people. What should they out in the box asking for the 2013 total income?

Thanks!

Her current annual income and past total income on previous year's tax returns need not match...As long as you include your sponsor's employment letter with current salary details to support sponsor's current annual income, you are fine.

As per Saylin, in 2013 total income box, you should enter the exact number that is in the tax transcript (even though it includes both people's info). Then, submit individual W2s from 2013 to show individual income. Please refer http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Process and look under section "Avoiding Checklists"

Good luck you should be any day now!

Does anyone know if they are taking the full 60 days to review the checklist?

Unfortunately both checklists and original submissions are taking around 60 days.

1) What is your scan date?

2) She received a checklist hence why she is on there twice with 2 different dates

we submitted docs on feb 15, so i'm going to guess its the 16th. see my signature.... thanks. :)

yes that makes sense now....checklists should be banned! :ranting:

Im about to send out my package but im just confuse with the expire date of form i-864. It say expire date: march 31st, 2015. So that mean by the time they look at my i-864. It would be already expire. So would it cost me a checklist if the date is expire. Thanks for any helps.
