Just checked and NA under Aos fee. I hope that means CC! I didn't get an email yet.

Congrats! I was in the same boat a few days ago; I got through to the NVC on Tuesday and they confirmed the CC (which, incidentally, happened the same day as the third N/A).

I suppose that nothing is for sure in this process, but I haven't heard of anyone seeing the third N/A and not getting a CC...

I-130 mailed: 03/10/14 (from France to Chicago Lockbox)

I-130 received: 03/12/14 (this is also our priority date)

NOA1 email: 03/16/14 (email sent at 11:40 pm on Sunday!?!)

NOA1 letter: 03/30/14

I-797C: 03/21/14

NOA2 email: 08/09/14 (email sent at 5:45 am on Saturday!?!)

NOA2 letter: 08/13/14

Sent to NVC: 08/19/14 (email notification)

NVC receipt: 09/08/14 (confirmed by phone call)

NVC case #: 09/11/14 (received via email with NVC welcome letter as attachment)

DS-261 done: 09/12/14

--AOS invoice: 09/17/14 (notice via email)

--Invoice paid: 09/18/14

--accepted: 10/1/14 (notice via email)
IV invoice: 10/1/14 (same email)
IV fee paid: 10/4/14
--accepted: 10/8/14 (status changed to "paid" on NVC website)
DS-260 done: 10/9/14
AOS/IV docs
sent: 10/13/14
AOS/IV docs
signed for: 10/17/14
confirmation
email received: 10/18/14 (this email said there will be a 60 day wait before my docs are reviewed)
checklist: 12/11/14 (i864, section 5, one error: "you must enter "1" for yourself...")
New i864 mailed: 12/14/14
Received: 12/18/14 (email notification 12/22/14, with another 60-day warning)
Third N/A: 3/2/15
NVC case
complete: 3/2/15 (confirmed on call to NVC 3/4/15; email received 3/9/15)
Interview date: 4/1/15 (assigned 3/11/15)
APPROVED!!! CEAC status changed to "Issued" on 4/2/15.
Visa and POE
papers in-hand: 4/12/15
POE: 4/16/15 in Minneapolis. Kept my wife and our three-Y.O. waiting in a windowless room with no toilet access for over an hour, then let them through without asking any questions.
But whatever: it's over!!!!! 13 months and 3 days from original priority date.
Green card: Accompanying docs stamped 6/16, but the card did not arrive until 7/2 (approx. 11 weeks after POE).
Now it's really over. Thank you so much to all of you at VJ who helped us through this ordeal.

Hello all! Confirmed CC today!!

Saw the 3 n/as this morning in Australia so 7/3 then called to confirm! They had just done it.

So CC on 6/3. My scan date was 5/1/2015, I'm pretty sure that it's exactly 60 days.

My scan date jan 5th was for an AOS checklist for 13.a.1 and no date on my employment letter.

Good luck to all! 8th month at NVC, so happy it's over.

:)

yaaaay! congratulations :dancing: now I just hope they can get to January 13 scan dates soon haa! :)

The first checklist nvc requested i864A for my sponsors husband so we sent it. Now with this checklist (i just recieved it yesterday 30 days of waiting) they want the original i864 for my sponsors husband and they want us to resign the affidavits of support. They are questioning the valditity of the signatures. But the checklist they sent me said my case was closed and to take affidavits to the interview so we called NVC and they said we had to mail the affidavits and wait 60 days for review.

Congrats to all the CCs!! Very exciting.

Question to you guys. I know some people have received "false" checklist emails etc. We submitted our application via EP on Feb 12th, but I just got a weird email answering an email inquiry I sent in January!! It says that both our AOS and our IV applications are incomplete and letters will be sent out to let us know what we have to submit for completeness. I can't imagine what is incomplete, but regardless I didn't even expect an email until 30 days for telling me when it was "scanned" - I haven't even gotten a "scan" confirmation email yet. I don't know what to do with this and my heart is in my throat so any one has gotten this? The email is from askNVC. Much appreciate any insight,

M

P.S. I was hoping this is just because they haven't entered the note that our docs were looked at in the system. We did get a weird scary email before too, about our docs not being at the NVC despite me confirming it on the phone before, so I am HOPING it's just one of those.

My scan date is 14th of Jan/2015 I didn't get an email from NVC yet. Do you think I passed the checklist!!! and now I am supposed to get an email regarding my interview date?

Hi Karimaelo,

I never rec'd any email as well and I think my scan date is Jan 29th. I sent my package out on Friday 23rd January but was received according to Postal service tracking on Jan 26th. I called NVC many time and they told me it was recorded in their system on Jan 29th and not to worry. I sent an email through NVC website about it and still got no response to date. I am really hoping all goes well. I really don't want any sad stories after 60 days.

Thanks!

I have another question regarding the previous tax returns. My joint sponsor filed jointly in 2013 but she is the one sponsoring the immigrant. Her total income and the total income on the tax transcript don't match because the tax transcript includes both people. What should they out in the box asking for the 2013 total income?

Thanks!

Completing that form in all capital letters is not necessary if it is typed.
