OMG our AOS fee just changed from paid to n/a, literally in the last 20 minutes. I've checked it like 100 times today. I can't believe it!!!!!!!! Our scan date was 1/30.

Finally after 73 days my case has been complete. Scan date Dec 23, 2014, case complete today March 6, 2015. I have been a silent member, but have read every post and learned a lot. NO CHECKLIST!!!!!!!!!! Thank you all.

I have a question: Is it possible to get CC now before the 60 days? I think no one had his CC even within the 60 days of NVC.

yes but rare. someone (back last month I think) got a cc in less than 60 days, at least this is what they reported. I think they were from jamaica or the dr, can't remember.

i wouldn't be counting on anything less than 60 days if i were you....miracles happen but seldom with this process.

it is nice to be hopeful and your optimism is refreshing!!!

Has anyone else gotten a CC today , we have a Scan date of 01/05 for a checklist

Nothing reported today, at least nothing today on this spreadsheet:

I have a question....Do i need to submit the certificate of no impediment to NVC or does my husband just need to take it to his interview when that time comes?

58 days. CC on Dec 17, 2014. Wait times have been creeping up steadily since the Christmas break, and their back to back snow storms.

Wanted to ask about the poverty guidelines (form-i864p) the digits mentioned here, are these annual or monthly salary figures ?

How do I update this spreadsheet with my CC date? The link I used to submit my scan date there now says "DO NOT SUBMIT".

Hello all! Confirmed CC today!!

Saw the 3 n/as this morning in Australia so 7/3 then called to confirm! They had just done it.

So CC on 6/3. My scan date was 5/1/2015, I'm pretty sure that it's exactly 60 days.

My scan date jan 5th was for an AOS checklist for 13.a.1 and no date on my employment letter.

Good luck to all! 8th month at NVC, so happy it's over.
