and tell me how many N/As you see

if they said wait for the interview letter I would think that's a case complete but who knows!. I would call back and specifically ask if your case is complete.

Affidavit of Support Fee: N/A

Affidavit of Support Documents & Financial Evidence: N/A

IV Fee: PAID

IV Application: COMPLETED

Civil Documents: N/A

I was looking in the wrong place all along. So this would be the 3 N/A's right?

Hello Everyone,

I'm so glad to be at the NVC stage and am praying for speedy outcomes for everyone. I am petitioning for my husband and our I-130 was approved on 2/3/15 from Nebraska Service Center. NVC assigned the case number on 2/27 (I just got it today). I paid the AOS fee and filled out the DS- 261 this morning. I have a question about sending in the AOS and IV packets. We have everything ready to go except for my husband's military records - he has to get something cleared up before he can get the records. We anticipate that he should be able to get them in about two weeks and then he has to mail them to me, which will take at least a week. I would like to send the packets in right away to start the 60-day clock. I'm wondering if I should send the packets in without the records and then mail the records separately one I receive them. I'm worried that the 60-day clock would start again from the receipt of the records. The other thing I was thinking was to send the packets in without the records and just bring the records to the interview, but I worry about getting a checklist for the missing records and having the 60-day clock reset. Or should I just wait until I receive the records and send the competed package in? What do you all think?

I would wait to have the records and send the complete package in. Better to wait a couple weeks than 2 extra months.

wooohooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh thank god! We have been in this process with immigration for almost five years. We have had to do the I130 app and interview twice. First time got all the way through and at interview they said because he lived with the mother of his children for more than five years in KS that they recognize this as common law marriage. So he had to apply for divorce from this lady, who when they separated left him and kids for another guy and hadn't been around for years. Never able to find her so court granted divorce, we had to remarry and reapply. After waiting and waiting we got our second interview. That was approved and supposed to go to NVC, they made us wait 8 weeks before calling, after 12 weeks of calling and me complaining I finally got someone to help, they finally realized USCIS didn't send file by mistake. So they finally sent it, then they made us wait 8 more weeks. We paid fees, but were doing the 601A so NVC back on hold. On the 601A after several months we got an RFE. We assumed we would be waiting a few more months but the day they got the RFE they approved us. Then back to the NVC. On the 58th or 59th day they gave us a check list. Then finally the 69th day for the checklist looks like we have our CC. I am not sure how CDJ appointments are taking to schedule, but I finally see light toward the end of the tunnel. I just hope since we have had such a rough time, we don't have any problems down there.

Is there any reason to be concerned there is any issue with the AOS specifically? We did get a checklist but only for police certificate.

if the checklist was only for the PC I think your AOS should be fine and should get a cc if you sent the correct PC ..

Thanks so much everyone. This forum has been a huge help/support!

I have two questions..

1. I submitted a letter requesting my husband be allowed to bring his PC to the interview with him because he is unable to get them from the U.S. and we don't want him to have to go there & get them then be "stuck" there until they are reviewed and interview completed etc...anyone know if they would approve this and cc without the pc?

2. I submitted this letter with scan date January 2nd. Then on Feb 6th i got an email claiming they received a document, allow 60 day review etc. but I didn't submit anything! I called & they told me they can't see what I submitted, perhaps it was the letter from January 2nd being rescanned if I didn't have a cover letter or something. But I did have a barcoded cover letter. Anyone had this happen?? Any ideas? Now they tell me I have to go by February 6th scan date :( another month of waiting

Hey Everyone,

I logged onto the CEAC site, last Friday, so 27th of Feb, and the AOS fee payment status changed to NA (finally). We got a checklist back in December and it took OVER 60 days for them to complete the second review. Anyway, just today, so exactly one week later, we received the case complete email from NVC telling us:

06-MAR-15

Dear Sir/Madam,

All documentation necessary to complete the National Visa Center's processing of your case has been received. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa.

The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of the interview.

Sincerely,

Director

National Visa Center

So we're quite relieved now, and DH is now trying to prepare for the interview. :) Good luck to everyone who is still waiting. Trust me, it feels like it will never happen, but you'll get there one day! Have a good weekend!
