I feel lost and left out as I can't seem to find or know anyone with my timeline still waiting for their approval. Could I be the only 6th Feb waiting??

I noticed I was assigned an alien number on my receipt notice. My understanding is that an alien number is assigned by NVC once you have had your approval right or is this the same for everyone in TSC please?

I am sure you are not the only one still left. It took us 306 days to get our i-129f approval, so I can sympathize with feeling left behind. the official date is only in December right now, so dont stress just yet :) It should come eventually. You can always try getting your senator involved, but you are at seven months, they may not do anything just yet. But you can always try!!!

It may not feel like it right now, but it will get better and you will get NOA2 eventually - baring any major issues that only you can know about.

I will be crossing my fingers for your :-)

It took you over 10mnths? Goodness!

I can't imagine how that must have felt. Thanks for sharing your experience and I hope the rest of the journey runs smooth for you. ?.

I guess needs to stop worrying and be positive, hopefully my approval is on its way. ?

that´s the spirit :-)

Sometimes it is harder than other times, and all of us who went through TSC recently know how it feels. There will always be somebody on here who will wholeheartedly agree that it just plain sucks - knowing that you are not the only ones is a little help too - makes you feel less like you fell through the system.

On the other hand - remember to throw a ruckus if nothing happens before you are out of processing times!!! I totally think they overlooked our file and didnt start working on us until we put a service request it (noone will confirm or deny, of course), but that is my take on it. If you can get someone to put a request in for you now - go for it, it cant hurt and might help.

Sometimes someone will give a quick update on the immifairy data - percent of touched/ untouched/ finished applications for a month that is interesting to them. I am not on immifairy myself, but the last time I noticed a post like that a significant percentage of FEB hadnt been touched yet.

Thank you for your good wishes!

Let us know on the forum when you hear something

May they be done with K1s at TSC really soon, so noone has to wait for a stamp this long anymore.

Mena28,

Thanks for your input. Makes sense to give them a nudge.

It's hard to pretend all is okay as it gets so painful each day.

I hope to wake up tomorrow morning with a positive notification.

It may be approved tomorrow. I felt just like you do yesterday. I call my senator and they did make an inquiry about my case but they ended up approving me today. I don't think they had anything to do with it. Still call them and get them involved. I hope you get it soon so the burden will be lifted.

Good morning my visa journey peers I wanted to share the good news. They approve my petition on 8/31/15..my Noa 1 dare was 2/17/15...God is awesome because I knew they were going to ask for more info...but they didnt. I'm so happy right now. For all the ones waiting, your time is coming soon. I definitely it was a mess for dec & Jan filers because some are still waiting, but something tells me that their are more organize with the Feb files...

Congrats! We have the same NOA! We were also approved on the 31st. It's feels good but I'm hoping that those in February and before us can be approved as well!

No I haven't heard anything and yes I did call USCIS to check with them. They only gave the general update.

Although I have asked my Fiancé to contact his Senator, hopefully we'll see where that gets us. ?

Thanks.
