got in touch with a tier 2 person again today, kept it nice and short like CatherineA said - he told me that as of yesterday my case is with a officer now, thats all he had to tell me, but at least he told me, i can't believe that guy yesterday who wouldn't give me any information from tier 2, just gotta keep calling until you get a nice person who will be honest with you - i know they are annoyed by all of us calling in, but if we could just be updated on our cases regularly then i doubt we'd all be so panicked and stressed with this process, i don't get why it's all so secretive.. anyone here's hoping whoever has my case approves it today

The answer is NO, call them only and should be patient

If you can wait, they will mail P3 (include Case #) to your lawyer, not you, after 3 weeks or more

so you mean if i wait they will send packet 3 with the case number to my lawyer not me?

Hang in there .. We have the same dates (sent and nao1 ). Looks like our files are in the same box and they are stacked away or with the same darn adjudicator.. ####### really knows heh...

I called them today and they basically just talked to me like I'm dumb. They cashed out checks in February and they refuse to give us useful info. Tell you the truth...I don't think the folks at the call center have info...but I do think they can get it from the adjudicators. Ppl who filed after us have been approved. My fiancé is on immifairy and what he showed me was depressing because we haven't been included.

Hello everyone...today is such an emotional day...what a hell of a ride its been,to say the least! My fiance/i case HAS BEEN APPROVED!!! Finally after 200 long days of waiting...finally we are looking towards the future, without any doubts of where it will take us. I just wanted to share some hope for the rest of the feb filers...hopefully this will uplift someones spirit...UR TIME IS COMING;)

No doubt happy for those who have had their approvals. Bad enough people have waited this long to get here and even depressing to see so many people before and after us being approved.

Yaay, we finally got approved! I just can't decribe how good it feels :D

yesterday I had another mental meltdown because of this insanely frustrating process. and then all of a sudden it happened! congrats to everyone elese who got accepted, and to those who feel like I did yesterday: hang in there -- YOU WILL GET IT SOON! you are badass visa warriors ;-)

I think your lawyer is the current legal office now, so P3 will be sent to the current legal office address. I have same problem, so I removed my lawyer and do it myself

It absolutely not fair process, Lade. My heart aches for those of feb jan and december and even november filers who are still waiting. And my eyes full of tears still when i see California filers, who got them noa2 MONTHS after. I wish yall guys a soon approvals. Sorry for my English

The 31st, next Monday is the last day of August
