and it appears they are give March as much attention as February now.

Yea they are....I am so tired of waiting. I don't think anyone from here has been approved today.

Hello, the same thing has been happening to me. My received date was febraury 17, but when I changed my address it says they received my case on may 5. That is the day they chanced my address. I have been able to talk to a tier 2 officer who gave me the same dishonest info about December 21st. I advise her how could that be when so many febraury and march applications are getting approve. She couldn't give me am honest answer... how do you contact your State senator? I live in Florida.

Google your state senator. There should be a local address. I went by my senators yesterday and one of them contacted me today and said they are awaiting a reply from TSC.

Immifary says that they have about 600 February application left to adjudicate. They are adjudicating March at the same time.

this is getting kind of silly.. i spoke to the customer service uscis line the other day, i called them out on the dec 21st , he said somethign but it didn't make much sense, basically he said that the reason im seeing other feb filers getting apprved is because my adjuncter is slow.. so that's great :)

Thank you I will contact them tomorrow. I wasn't going to go that route, but uscis just don't understand the pain we are going through....especially when I believe they might need additional information from me. The lady I spoke to said to wait another 60 days. I advise her that this backlog is ridiculous and it's not fair for us to wait any longer. We have been waiting since February. I'm patient, but my goosh....?

Me and my fiancee just now sooo angry with what is going on, today is my 184 day, why TSC are soo mean, they are picking up march without finishes with February, and the same was with January when they started with us February and have not finished with January

ok let me people ask you, if i have an attorney to contact uscis, can i also use senator or congressman? and if yes, can i the beneficiary write the email , or only the petitioner who can do this?

I believe that both can write as long as they have your info and permission. Yea you can get the senator either way. They kinda treat lawyers like us but the senators are used for this type of issue. They can't rush it but it will kinda give them a kick Edited by HislittleSecret

I'm sure that you can put what you need them to do. I actually went by both my senators offices and signed a paper saying that they have permission to discuss my case with USCIS. No letter needed they already know what the problem is. They asked for a brief description of the issue. They only needed a form signed. I could have faced it but I prefer they see my desperate face.

I'm starting to wonder if the size of a file matter. The bulkier your file, the more reluctant an officer picking up that file? Theory.. But I just to know from folks who got approved if their files were bulkier.

I've sent in all phone our records for 2 yrs and receipts, 20 pics etc. it's a heavy file..~400-500 pages.

I laughed, that's just to much but you should be fine,be positive

No need to write a letter. Have your Fiance call their local senator (WAY FASTER). The American citizen is the only one that can appeal to a Senator or Congressman. Keep in mind, its not the senator them selves who is doing this. They have different committees so just have the petitioner contact their LOCAL senators office by looking them up online here: http://www.senate.gov/senators/contact/

Agreed.

The petitioner should be contacting the Senator/Congressman, not the beneficiary. In all cases, the Senator/Congressman's office will verify that you are indeed a resident of their jurisdiction and verify your social security number as well. Beneficiary will be powerless to do any of this.

Beneficiaries, tell your petitioner to get on the ball and contact their respective Senator/Congressman.

What if the beneficiary has all the info to initiate. They will never be able to tell afterall your spouse is your partner. We at least mine can contact them on my behalf because they have all my info. Just saying?
