since yesterday we are not well, i would say me, i am losing my mind, i am so hurt, knowing i am the only person cant be with him and others can, its killing me, and i have nooooo idea when is my time, today is my 176 days, we hired a lawyer, i have no idea why she says she will make inquiry only after 185 days, so this is why my fiancee sees it will not work with senator as long as we have an attorney, i pray for all of us truly to get through this nightmare and be with our soulmates

I have been in contact with both the senator and congressman, if one doesn't give a good answer ask another one. I had 2 inquiries put in at the same damn time. try it, I dont think it will hurt.

Sounds like k1 approvals took a backseat yesterday:( not a whole lot of Feb approvals.

DZAmaral, actually my fiancee thinks about asking a lawyer before talking to the Congress man .. Btw I knew that for the Egyptian Embassy, you don't have to wait for packet 4 as u may call the embassy after getting packet 3 to set the interview date

Still waiting....Desi...we seem to have the exact dates for submission and Noa1. I lurk every once in a while because I didn't want to consume myself with visa thoughts and it worked for me until the last two weeks. I just want to get this over with. Smh

are you sure about this information, because i noticed from others time line like they are waiting for packet 4 for months starting one month to 3, if what u said that would be amazing and make me a little relief

please tell me how much you sure and how u get this info, for the visitor visa, i know i have the ability to set the interview date myself, i tried visitor visa but i got denied, but i from what i read and asked people they said i will wait until they send me packet 4

Hi everyone, I just got my approval, yesterday, dated 21st August, so that was 183 days.

Woke up this morning and it was on my case checker App, plus email......yah!!!!!!??????✈️✈️

Please everyone hang in there, it WILL come, I was going out my mind thinking something was wrong, I was getting shirty with my Attorney, but she kept saying it was within normal processing times.

So good luck everyone, it will happen, now to get on with the next steps.

Hi group. My fiance and I jjust received our NOA 2 approval email yesterday.
I wish everyone here luck!! The time will come.

Does anyone know how long approx it will be from the Approved status - to actual visa in hand?

Desi123 and everybody else on here....your time will come...it will come when you don't expect it. me and my fiancée were emailing and txting each other last night saying how low we were feeling, utterly exasperated with the waiting, and then this morning waking up to check my phone...it was sitting there on my case checking APP in bright green CASE WAS APPROVED.

They don't go in recept number order. I've been checking every day on the Immifairy site that has a real time tracking report on cases at Texas, and there was activity all around my case, but nothing on mine. Then suddenly it happens. Good luck to everyone still waiting, IT WILL COME
