The link / Q n A was from 2007 . Things might have changed since then. Not sure a senator inquiry helps since I still don't have a update after 3 days they responded to his office. I hope my adjudicator officer is not sick or out on a vacation ?

The wait is really grueling. Hope it will all work out soon. I am sure it is last mile for many of us - which is the hardest.

the same serial number as mine but the end is 209 and mine is 203 , i checked and its approved, how i wish it was mine, but i pray this is a good sign that mine will come soon, its the same date as mine as well

I've really never posted, I just read people's posts and comments. I filed on the 4th of Feb and I've heard nothing up until this moment. Gosh, I am so frustrated, to say the least. How I wish the US government could make this process a little painful. Everyone wants to be with the love of their life/s. Every K-1 applicant/petitioner wants to settle down. At least I know I do. My life is almost hanging. God please come through for me this week.

ION, I hear there's how I can get to send an inquiry/email to a senator or ombudsman. Does anyone have any such details?

new here, i was trolling around the past few posts and i wish i had found this forum earlier.

received my NOA1 02/18 and still waiting for the NOA2...i read somewhere that anything past 5 months is a reason for concern and freaked out but im so relieved to find that im not alone in this waiting game!

Spoke to USCIS, they had a huge backlog of applications in first week of February, they are trying to push through it. If your file went through Vermont, you are most likely still waiting.

I'm sorry, but what are you talking about? That makes absolutely zero sense, and even if it did, you're posting for a different service center. Please be mindful before pushy others into a frenzied state.
