I got the approval yesterday, 8/3/2015, at 8:35 PM. I hope the rest of Feb filers get their approvals soon and get out of this black hole :crying: . Thanks everyone.

02-17-15 NOA1 Received


08-03-15 NOA2 Approved


08-07-15 NVC Received


08-17-15 Case # assigned


08-19-15 Embassy Received, Ready for Interview


08-28-15 Medicals scheduled


09-11-15 Interview scheduled + Visa Approved :dancing:

Looks like things are picking up and hope to see more approvals. I got an RFE dated July 24. I got the notice in mail on Aug 1. I had sent a copy of my Divorce Nisi and I was required to send the Divorce decree. I remember getting the decree from the court after my divorce - that was 12 years ago but I may have lost it. So Monday morning went to the court, got the decree and sent it overnight. I see that they have received today. Hopefully something will move. I was randomly checking for 129F petitions before my serial number and they are all in received state with NOA1 Feb2. That confirms the 129F monthly roulette wheel.

While I would take a quick approval any day to waiting for this long, this period has also brought me and my fiancee closer in ways that wouldn't have been possible had we been together.

Congrats to all who got approved and good luck to those waiting. It will happen.

02/04/2015 : NOA1

07/24/2015: RFE1

08/01/2015: Received paper mail RFE1

08/03/2015: Mailed response overnite

08/04/2015: Tracking showed TSC received

08/05/2015: TSC acknowledged that my RFE was received

08/14/2015: NOA2 approved

I have NOA1 date of the 17th as well.

Seeing another Feb 17th member is making me really anxious now.

I'm 2/18 so seeing February getting a lot of approvals is encouraging. TSC seems to be focusing on February now but still a lot of January's unapproved. Kind of feel bad for the January peeps that are still waiting. But hey, it's every man/woman for themselves at this point.

I tried to submit an inquiry on the USCIS page as it has been over 6 months since I received our NOA1. Those sneaky little guys at TSC.... refuse to accept my inquiry because my case falls within their processing time of November 10th. I AM GOING TO SCREAM!!! :( My NOA1 date is 02/03/2015 and while I am so HAPPY and THRILLED for everyone getting their NOA2 from TSC so far, I am just frustrated to the point of bursting into tears.
