thanks. Did you do anything? like calling them or contacting your state senator? I didn't take any action before and started to think if I should do some.

No didnt call anyone(thought about it though)... Just checked it nearly everyday anxious ?.. And now im nervious getting the affidavit together... My case was sent to NVC today so soon hopefully will leave to Embassy by the end of this month Edited by Giselota92

Me too. My fiancés senator said if we don't get noa2 by October 1 we can call uscis and get mad and she will help us out. They update their timeline on sept 30.

K1 VISA

09.08.2015 - Case Assigned to an Officer

10.16.2015 - Official case status inquiry submitted by a tier 2 officer over the phone

10.20.2015 - NOA2 (F)

10.30.2015 - Case was sent to the Department of State

11.06. 2015 - Case was received by NVC

11.10.2015 - Case was sent to the Embassy in Vancouver (I called NVC)

11.16.2015 - Case was received by the Embassy in Vancouver

01.12.2016 - Interview (APPROVED)

01.18.2016 - Visa received

01.21.2016 - POE
03.25.2016 - MARRIAGE (L)

04.22.2016 - NOA1

01.18.2016 - Visa received

07.11.2016 - Employment / AP Card Approval

08.22.2016 - Returned to USA using AP with no issues (5 days in Canada)

I just got off the phone with NVC and got our case number and found out that it was sent to the embassy yesterday.

I believe someone on here mentioned the were able to get the DHL tracking number. Anyone know how to get it?

NVC was unable to provide me with a tracking number, but you can use CEAC to track status with your case number. There I was able to see when it was delivered.

Excited to say that our interview is scheduled for October 26 at 8 a.m. I bought a plane ticket for November 9th thinking it would be that week. Good news!!!! Delta allowed me to change my flight without penalty! ? my flight now leaves on October 21st. So that I can attend the interview with my fiancé.
