I am about ready to send in my Package. I think I know what is to be included with the submission. (When sending in the Package for the K-1, there were explicit instructions on the USCIS website as to how to assemble it....punch holes at the top, use an Asco fastener, tabs at the bottom, etc. I can not find anything for this submission.)

I am applying for both my wife and step-daughter. I presume I should send both packages in the same envelope with references to each other's documents. How should I keep the documents for each together. It also looks like I will be writing three checks for each of them and not one check each.

Please advise of the assembly of these documents and correct number of checks.

I sent 3 packages...mine K3 and my two kids K4. All 3 packages in the same envelope.

Mine and my sons had 2 checks each....check I 485 and a separate check for EAD. My daughter had one check I 485 only.

I use paper clips only....each section of each pakage paper clipped then the packaged clipped together.

so now I have totally confused you......... ;)

March 04... I 129F filed....................approved October 04

August 04...I 130 for children filed....approved September 04

Interview: Jan 19 2005 in Sydney
