Heya all, unsure of where to post this at so im very sorry if its the wrong area!!! >_<

Sent away my AOS package with work authorization forms i-485 / i-130 as i recently got married to my US wife while here on the Visa waiver ESTA..

and we sent our package in over a week ago got texts stating out forms were received and theres a i-797 to follow, we got numbers so we put them in on the Case Status on the USCIS website and it says the receipt/money was accepted and we will receive a letter stating (i dont know what) in the mail and if we dont get that in the mail by 19th of march to call costumer line for info..

so im just wondering is this okay? and what is this i-797 form? seems to be we will get one for every form we sent in? lol

we sent in all the evidence they asked, pictures of our relationship / marriage pics (just a few) and also a ultrasound and dors notes to show she is also pregnant with my baby!..

im just nervous lol
