We got ours a day after it was approved; approved on 8/6, received on 8/7
Interview was on 8/4

Thank you. I imagine you would have gotten it sooner if it wasn't for that policy delay earlier this month. My wife is out in Chiba so perhaps a day or two.

Hey Japan filers, just heard that the Tokyo embassy will be closed the rest of the week for disinfection....not sure if that is true. Anyone hears anything?

Wife just got a call from the embassy. Said they were cleaning tomorrow (Thursday). They rescheduled her for Friday. Said she would get an email tomorrow. Really sketchy call though.
