Hang in there friend....you have lots and lots of us just waiting and waiting...I feel like a duracell battery....this thing just goes on and on and on and on..........I try not to focus on the time.....I just WAIT!!!!!!!!

thank you. i want to visit my daughter and parents in Moldova but leaving now, on the tenth month of waiting is a little bit tricky . i am also unwilling of travelling abroad with the expired green card even though i have the extension letter . i call them every week week just to hear the same "We are working on March,2".

Hello everyone and Merry Christmas, I've a question does the one year extension count from the date of the extension letter or from the expiration on the green card? as i'm outside of USA and planning to return by mid March, and my extension letter date is 03/05/2015 although my green card expired on May,2015.

Hi everybody. I filed ROC in March, did biometrics in April, after receiving nothing for 8 months I finally called CSC in December and was told that my case is being delayed and beyond processing times and requested an inquiry. Received a letter on 12/23 stating that my case is still pending adjudication. Its been almost 10 months now. I have not been requested additional evidence either. Anybody has a similar experience? thanks much

i called them and was told that it is ...........NORMAL !!!! it will be pending for 10 months in the 24 of January and it is called normal time. i have ordered another infopass at the local USCIS office.

Seems like whoever calls uscis lately gets no other answer than "we are processing cases from march 2nd". As if on march 2nd the whole world filed for I-751 at VSC. I wonder if the calling center could see anything more than that. anyone with internet can see that information on the uscis website. there's a reason people are calling. How difficult it is to say at least something like, your case is assigned to an officer on MM/DD and there are xxx people ahead of you on that desk, or just simply say we have not touched your case yet but looking at number of cases ahead of you, we expect to be done with your case in about xxx weeks.

No this delay is not normal while CSC is approving July '15 cases. VSC has not done with the March cases and If they haven't transferred the January and February filers to CSC back in August, VSC would have been dealing with these months right now, and CSC could've been approving cases from October '15.

They announced another workload transfer from VSC to other service centers (not I751s) two days ago. Hopefully, this would help them get going with the ROCs. Good luck to all VSC filers.

I guess people who send theirs in later and got it already approved just got lucky... I think both Service Centers are having issues with keeping up with the work load.

just by looking at the timelines posted here and trackitt.com. I also have a close friend who filed to CSC in May '15 and he got his approval in mid-October. Looking at the timelines here, most June '15 CSC filers got their approvals or RFEs within the last month, and over the last few weeks, July '15 CSC filers started to post their decisions.

and meantime, CSC also received two months worth of cases last August transferred from VSC and completed processing majority of them quickly. Just check the timelines from those months.

Hi you all.. Just wanted to write about my case just in case someone is worried how I was the whole time until today. December 18th I received the approval letter in the mail but no update online at all. I was wondering if they will ever update it or not and how am I going to know about my card. But today January 6th I got an update that they ordered my card and it is in production on January 5th and will mail it out. I was worried myself sick and thought it got lost in the mail. I hope I will receive the card soon and this nightmare will be all over. I think they just didn't work throughout the holidays and just started back on with everything. Good luck to you all.
