Do you have your NOA and biometrics dates?

Oh yes, sorry I'm still at my work, i don't really remember exactly the dates for NOA and bio, once i get home i will check it and updated for you :)

Question: For those who received the RFE upon sending back the required paperwork, did you receive a letter or online status update of the office receiving your package?i tracked my package and it state its delivered but just wanted to know if an official receipt would be sent out.

Ugghhh thats crazy now I just have to sit and wait I guess.....hopefully the wait isn't too long. I'm suppose to travel back home for Christmas but don't want to leave just in case they request an interview or I get denied ????

hi everyone!

it is interesting how long we should wait.... i filed in March 24 (got my bio on May,1st).

Called them (USCIS) on Thursday, asked about my case and got a very promising answer to wait 30 days more. they are working on March 2 cases. By the way, i was given the same information when called USCIS customer service in the end of October.

I am march 16 filer, and I was approved three weeks ago I guess it depends on case by case, hopefully you will get an update by the end of Nov :)

I got a notification that my new cad is in production, you can also download the USCIS check status app on you're smartphone, and the same day also received the approval letter, six days later my new card was delivered, but let me tell you that don't depend on the online status sometimes it doesn't update, so mine was approved on October 30 and the status updated on Nov 2 plus the approval letter, so don't worry i think you are very close you should receive some update soon good luck :)

Hello Folks. we have been following you online but have never posted or filled out a timeline. our case was received on march 9 and we had biometrics in early april. My wife thinks the count down starts from the date the conditional gc expires not the filing date. Any thoughts on this? we see ppl that filed after us already getting approved

The official countdown starts from the Receipt date on your NOA (date your application was received by USCIS)!!
