Good morning,

I have a question. I've been married for 3 years. I just got approved for removal of conditions from my green card. My husband and I filed taxes separately this last year. Can I still file my N400 in April or do I need to wait for 5 years?

It's your choice! You can file in April or any time after!

Usually, USPS generates a tracking number as soon as they pick up mail containing you card and there times when cards show up in the mail without any updates or tracking! Seems like USPS hasn't picked it up yet! Check again between Monday and Thursday next week for any updates. Let us know what you find out.

Thanks kash, absolutely i will, i was reading some threads that if you moved while you're status is pending sometimes they will mailed to the old address even if you changed you're address and got the conformation letter from CIS, do you think that might happen ? should i call the customer on Monday to confirm again ? or it's to late now.

You can call to make sure they have your current address on file! That is where you mail should be sent!

+1 to this. I called and double-checked. You have to ask to be transferred, of course, but since one of the steps during that transfer is verification of address... it all works out nicely :)

+1 to this. I called and double-checked. You have to ask to be transferred, of course, but since one of the steps during that transfer is verification of address... it all works out nicely :)

i conformed mine on July and they mailed the conformation letter after my lawyer filled the form AR11 on April when i called them on July my current address wasn't update on their system , i'll give them a call tomorrow again just to make sure, and i can see you'rs was mailed on o Nov, mine was day before hopefully will get it next week.

When i called them on July my current address wasn't updated on their system after we filled the form AR11 on April and send it by certified mail the never send me the conformation letter after i gave them a call on July then five days later i received the new address conformation letter, and my approval letter came to my current address, just to make sure again i will give them a call tomorrow, i see you'rs mailed on Nov 6 mine was a day before no tracking numbers yet hopefully we get it next week

Hello guys, I have an update I received my card yesterday :joy::joy::dance::dance::jest::jest: and I was able to get the tracking numbers from CIS customer service, the stupid website didn't update after it said card was mailed to me, ugh!!! I'm glad it's all over now I can breath and relax :yes: it took exactly seven months and 10 days nor RFE no interview, see you guys on Feb for N400, good luck for does not approved yet.
