I submitted documents regarding the RFE early September, I received a return card that indicated that someone received the information but I haven't gotten a response yet and my status is not updated, all I see when I check the case status is that they received my petition on March 2, They didn't even update to say they sent me an RFE, is that normal??? Im being processed through CSC..

This is so annoying... USCIS has system problems for the past couple of weeks I have been told today... They told me to put in service request online but I can't because it says I am within processing

VSC is a ###### show right now, looks like dates regressed back to Feb 9, 2015. Folks who filed witn CSC can thank their lucky stars, almost everyone is getting approved well within 6 months.

I tried raising a service ticket but it didn't allow me saying i was within time frames even though their website says 6 months, so not sure what to do, will probably call them when i am past 7 months.

I think VSC is dead. NO movement at all. Which state you file your i-751 form?

I checked the processing times page for the CSC and it shows January 3, 2015, so I am guessing we have a 2 month wait? I hope we don't get called for interview, that will mean another overnight trip to Sacramento. How many people get called for interview, on average?

28-Sep-2016 Interview, both of us, separated, not hard, 10 min. each, result---said hubby will get GC in about 10 days

CITIZENSHIP: 

Biometrics appointment for 2020-03-27 has been cancelled until further notice as all field offices are closed because of COVID-19.

***NOA dated 12/10/2020 USCIS stated they are able to reuse previous Biometrics***

Interview was easy. My hubby's Oath Ceremony is scheduled for February 25th. I can't watch >sad< but happy he is getting his certificate!

I read somewhere that 10% of applicants must be interviewed

I wanna say I received my RFE Around 8/11/2015. I sent the information to them on 9/1/2015. My final date was October 15. They received it on 9/3. I have had no update since on my account or any correspondence from them since...Any insights????

Funny thing is, I think I only sent in 1 years tax return, and it was just a TurboTax printout with no W2's included. Also, I think I only sent in 1 bank statement for each of my 3 accounts

No case inquiry.

That's Awesome....It is really good to get approval early from Vermont Service Center

I send it everything because I filed for waiver
