This is so annoying... USCIS has system problems for the past couple of weeks I have been told today... They told me to put in service request online but I can't because it says I am within processing

Hello VJ March Filers!

Today I have received a letter from USCIS today stating that my request to Remove conditions has been APPROVED on 09/17/2015

That means that VSC is working already on March applications. I can't wait to see more approvals of VSC soon.

GOOD LUCK to you all and thanks for all the support through this long journey, I truly hope that each one of you receive the approval on your request very soon! :thumbs:

WOW this is great news! Congratulations. I'm a June filer and I am just eager for them to get to me already. The wait is stressful!

This is a late update. However on July 20th 2015 I received an RFE for further Evidence (Financial Commingling). On September 15th I mailed back our response packet (our deadline is October 12th), which was tracked by the USPS and delivered on the 17th.

I haven't received any notification of receipt of the packet nor has our status updated to approval. I'm getting nervous about whether the packet was lost internally. It seems like packets which were received by CSC where responded to in approximately 10-14 days. I hope we provided enough information.

So, we had our interview this morning. The interviewer was very nice , gentle but serious. He asked us basic questions and verbally told us that he is going to approve our case. He then told us the process to file for citizenship and all, but he did not take my expired green card and also did not give us any letter or so.

How long does it takes to change online status and when will we get our card in hand??

So my receipt date is 3/24 and I called to USCIS today to find out what is going on. She tried to do a service request but it didn't let her. She said I can call back if 30 days is passed from my 6 month period...

4/16/2013 NOA1 e-mails (x3) (routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing)

5/8/2013 Biometrics appointment

5/14/2013 I485 Status changed to Testing and Interview. No updates on EAD

5/20/2013 Received e-mail Interview date is June 20th!

6/10/2013 I765 Card/ Document Production e-mail

It pays to post! This morning (09/29/15) I received a text & email notification that the status of my case has been updated and my Green Card is going into production! Now I get to relax until the spring when I can apply for Citizenship!

VSC is a show right now, looks like dates regressed back to Feb 9, 2015. Folks who filed witn CSC can thank their lucky stars, almost everyone is getting approved well within 6 months.

I tried raising a service ticket but it didn't allow me saying i was within time frames even though their website says 6 months, so not sure what to do, will probably call them when i am past 7 months.
