It's so puzzling.... Processing times for VCS changed back to "6 months". However, many of March VCS filers have already been waiting for longer. Does it mean that our cases will be transferred to California as well?

My thinking is little different. VSC move only January and February 2015 filers to CSC. VSC has still some pending case in November and December. I hope that once they complete Nov. and Dec. March is going to be next......

Because none of march filer get transfer letter yet.

It's just my thinking.

VJ timeline seems to show that petitions upto Feb 12, 2015 are being processed in VSC, so i am guessing March should happen next.

I follow these timelines : http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/liftstats.php?cfl=

Do you receive a letter in case your file is transfered to a different service center?

I am hoping for March filers to start being processed soon.

We had applied for our Joint petition ROC in March, 2015. We received a notice to appear for interview on 28th September. Initially, we were planning to reschedule it since our first baby was due on 21st September. With the grace of god, we were blessed with our child before due date and my wife is doing good in terms of her recovery, so we are planning to attend the interview on the schedule date.

Do we need to take the entire package with us that we submitted with our application?? ( we did not keep a copy but we have hard copy of all and have to print them again) or we just need to take the new evidences after March??

Hope to receive replies soon....

Thanks

Honestly bring some new pieces of evidence, but most importantly bring the baby with the birth certificate. If a newborn baby doesn't establish a good faith marriage, there is nothing else that will:) Simply explain it is a newborn baby and you guys are afraid to leave it with a babysitter, which I will be afraid to do:)

Good luck and keep us posted:)
