Received my bio letter today scheduled for Aug 24th -- updated list!

However, I need to reschedule because I can't take a day off so it's crossed out. My question is how do I contact USCIS to reschedule my bio with my preferred date?

Also, I've been silently following the thread and I thank everyone's updates...

Received my bio letter today scheduled for Aug 24th -- updated list!

However, I need to reschedule because I can't take a day off so it's crossed out. My question is how do I contact USCIS to reschedule my bio with my preferred date?

Also, I've been silently following the thread and I thank everyone's updates...

There is a box (about rescheduling) on your Bio-notice that you should check and then mail the notice back per the instructions! USCIS will then send you another Bio appointment notice with a new date! You can not choose your own preferred date.

Yes, I read that in the letter but I thought there may be other options that are quicker and me being able to choose the date. I just need it to fall on one of my days off maybe on Aug 27 or 28. Can you go in earlier any day between Monday-Friday next week? I am kind of in the same boat but mine is on the 26th and I am hoping to walk in sometime next week rather than rescheduling.

CSC has skipped Feb, March and April. They are processing May cases now. We applied for our ROC in march but have not heard anything except biometric done in April. Does this mean we will get RFE or a letter for interview. Does our online status change if we have or will received RFE, incase we have missed them?. Getting worried now.

I have no idea, but we're in the same boat. I hope no interview....that means an overnight trip to Sacramento :(

CITIZENSHIP: 

Biometrics appointment for 2020-03-27 has been cancelled until further notice as all field offices are closed because of COVID-19.

***NOA dated 12/10/2020 USCIS stated they are able to reuse previous Biometrics***

Interview was easy. My hubby's Oath Ceremony is scheduled for February 25th. I can't watch >sad< but happy he is getting his certificate!
