Hello VJers

I have filed the ROC on 03/28/15 but havent received my biometrics appointment yet. What would be my next process?

Also one more question

I recently check the USCIS website and it says Immigration Relief Measures for Nepali Nationals due to recent earthquake which means expediting the processes.

I am from Nepal. Do you think they will expedite the processing if i call them under that or am i on the different processing path?

Suggestions are much appreciated.

CITIZENSHIP: 

Biometrics appointment for 2020-03-27 has been cancelled until further notice as all field offices are closed because of COVID-19.

***NOA dated 12/10/2020 USCIS stated they are able to reuse previous Biometrics***

Interview was easy. My hubby's Oath Ceremony is scheduled for February 25th. I can't watch >sad< but happy he is getting his certificate!

its usual there website sometimes dont give fast update, based on my experience mine was changed after they approved my roc... now my son's case is also the same thing but don't worry that much bcoz for sure it will change too.. :luv:

All

When I filed my i-751 application on USCIS, it was vermont service center for florida state resident. But currently it shows Florida resident has to file under california center.

I just check it out on USCIS website.

Does it make any difference?

I got bored of waiting so I called USCIS and put in a service request for my late biometrics. They said I'll hear something in the next month via mail or email so I guess I'll keep on waiting lol

This is crazy that none of us late March filers in CSC got biometrics yet... it's going to be 2 months soon...

I got lucky some how. They didn't receive my packet until April 13th. I can only assume it has something to do with the local office. My local office is about 30 mins away and it's pretty big.

02/28/2013 [Day 0] - Mailed AOS package (I-130, I-131, I-485, I-765, I-693, I-864) to Chicago Lockbox via USPS Priority Mail. Accidently sent it with signature confirmation. Was processed within 24 hrs.

03/07/2013 [Day 8] - Received 4 NOA1 notifications via E-mail around 11:45 pm

same here...I called the other day and put in a service request. I am a little worried because next month I'll have to move to another state. But they told me worst case I can call and reschedule, so whatever at this point... it's just crazy it's taking so long for all of the March filers!
