You drink the water?

Depends on the concentration of dihydrogen oxide. It can be processed out at the molecular level if you purchase a Chloro-Flouro-Carbon based device with low enough temperatures. It transforms into a solid.

Dihydrogen Oxide is water. H20. Two hydrogens, one oxygen. Or Dihydrogen Monoxide, because 1 oxygen - mono meaning one.

Well another person fell for a science project hoax because they dont know the scientific name of water. :)

Pretty hard to avoid drinking water when it's, uhm, water?

As for the OP, you can find whatever you would like to eat in the USA. Stick to the outside edge of the grocery store and you'll find the healthier options. As always, they require more cooking and prep (or not if you're a raw foodist vegan.) Also it's betted to invest in a reverse osmosis water system than to drink bottled water. In the long run it's cheaper. Brita filters take out larger deposits and chlorination. If you really want you can distill your water which takes out everything that may be in there.

I have never heard of someone not drinking US water, or having any issues. Never heard anyone question the quality of food in the USA

It seems like USDA and FDA are keywords selling product all over the world.

Go to Mexico and take a sip out of a water fountain, you will soon be having explosive diarrhea.

I think RLogan was being facetious, though some might be fooled, but I guess I am surprised that some people think most drink bottled water here in the U.S. I quite enjoy our water here in Michigan.

I drink the tap water here. It isn't as good as the RO water I had in Canada, but it's not bad. I've drank worse and as someone else put, it could certainly be worse. In the Ice bucket challenge I remember Matt Damon using the water out of his toilet because it' cleaner than what most people in the world have as a water source.

At first I was afraid. I was petrified!

Just wondering how you guys are liking the American food and water? Can you eat it without problems? Are you afraid or not about all the dangerous chemicals in food and water that are BANNED in all Europe, Australia, Asia, Russia, Africa, South America and many other countries? Are you ok with unlabeled GMO dangerous foods?

Russia is in Asia.

Eurasia (Europe and Asia) is a continent and are not countries. Africa is a continent not a country and many countries (and even regions within countries) in both continents have horrible water. South America is also a continent not a country. If you're going to say something is banned in a country, then try saying which countries in particular vs trolling and referring to continents as countries. I think the only countries you actually have right are Russia and Australia. You get 2 stars out of 7.

Kept thinking I could never live without you by my side

That's urban legend... Dihydrogen oxide is perfectly harmless if you don't inhale it in excess. A little bit here and there is OK, but in high concentrations you'll need a mask and oxygen tanks otherwise that think will kill you in minutes.

After the second post I figured that... with the chloro floro carbon device and transformation into a solid... LOL

NO. I boil my water 2 times before I drink it. A filter works but doesn't remove ALL the drugs and chemicals out of it. I wish I could add a photo I took after boiling my water so you can see all the thick white powder that came out of it. It's scary.

And I do not trust bottled water in the U.S it is maybe worse

It is called minerals, it would probably help if you had a water softener since most places in America have hard water.

I've boiled my Evian in my electric kettle before, and guess what, same thing...

All water supplies, no matter where in the world, have other compounds besides water in them. I dare you to check.

Try this: Reverse Osmosis System or combined with these Water Softener

The white stuff is minerals. Perfectly normal and found in every water source in the world. Even water from a mountain stream at it's source has minerals in it. Science is great and fun I promise.

Or use this which removes EVERYTHING from the water: Water Distiller

BTW, I've never had the white mineral build up with an RO system (particularly that one and others by that company that I posted) after boiling water.

We just let our dihidrogen oxide settle in six-gallon jugs. I had great water from our well at 28 feet but it went dry so I punched one down to 80 ft. and it was a different aquifer that had high iron content.

It looks normal coming out of the tap but after a number of days settling you get a brown layer at the bottom of the jug. The water on top is just as sweet as my old well water. I really dislike how "softened" water feels so we just settle out the water we drink this way.
