Hi guys, since I have gotten so many checklists already because of different things on my affidavit of support, I am living with stress like there is no tomorrow. Thus morning, I decided to check for the 20th time the last affidavit of support that I sent back in early January. I almost cry when I checked PART 5 sponsor's household size. I FREACKING ADDED MYSELF! So, instead of 1, I put 2 on line 8.. I can't really believe I did that. That is the problem with getting many checklists and doing things over, and over. At some point, something else is going to get mess up. Will they really give me another CHECKLIST OR WILL THEY JUST CASE COMPLETE ME, AND LET ME BRING ADDITIONAL INFO TO INTERVIEW? WHAT CAN I DO!? I am totally freaking out right now. SOMEBODY HELP PLEASE......

We´ve got a checklist for Part 5 and had to re-do it.

Doesn´t say Part 5 Line 8 that you have to add together lines 1-7, so it is the immigrating person (line1) and yourself (line2).

Sorry, this is the example. Part five number 1 - would be one person (the beneficiary), part five number 2 - you (not sponsored in the affidavit), the rest would be zero, up until number 8 which should be 2 (you and the beneficiary)

That is how we corrected our AOS.

I know, but what I am wondering is because due to the fact that I have received so many checklists, maybe there is something that I can do so they can help me move forward with the case..

You should be fine. I actually called the NVC about that section and the person on the other line helped me through it. So I just filled it out exactly as the representative said to.

If you filled it out according to the example and and assuming my corresponding explanation is correct, then you should be fine.

I'm also waiting for a response to a checklist about that section and it was the exact issue I had to fix. So, hopefully everything is ok. I worry too about getting another checklist, but try not to worry. What is sent is sent.

Hi, I am sorry but I realized that the problem is with my step-daughter's form. I only added her. I didn't add myself or my husband.. I am about to lose my mind :-(
