What tax forms do I need to include with AOS?

I know W-2 and 1040A, any other like IT... etc.. ?

If you have any 1099 forms. Or better yet get tax transcripts from the IRS, these are explained in the instructions with form I-864 or if your income is good then use I-864EZ

I called the IRS and requested the last 3 years of tax related documents prior to sending in my AOS. To be on the safe side and to avoid an RFE I submitted what the IRS had sent to me, this also included the past 3 years of W-2's. It may have been overkill but I believe that it's best to submit the 3 past years, just in case.
