at the point where fiancee submits info to us embassy,time running short ,do I need an extension?

'running short' on the duration of validity dates on the approved I-129F notice?

usually not,

as

the IV Staff automagically extend those dates, 3 to 4 months at a time, if'n there's actual activity going on with the visa application.

or did you mean something else, perhaps duration of validity of a police clearance report? or medical exam?

thnks ,have been waiting on all paperwrk complete,rather than sending what we have,not a good idea,better to get case "open" and going!

one the casefile is at the IV Unit,

fiance pays visa fee and fills out online ds-160

and it's these 2 things that make her eligible to get on the calendar.

I don't know how that IV Unit works (online scheduling or no)

but without those 2 things occuring, quickly, she won't be allowed to get on the calendar for the appointment.

right now ,she has a case #,in her country has received the packet 3, but has not submitted anything

so in the P-3, does it mention DS-160 or DS-156 ?

If DS-160, then is 100 percent change this is an online form to file, and must pay the fee before filling it out.
