Most attorneys are clueless my apologies. You will be able to pay IV fees when it has been generated by NVC. NVC generates IV fees as soon as DS261 has been reviewed. If the applicant filed through a law firm both AOS and IV fees are invoiced at the same time and can be paid at once just like mine. I think you should concentrate on getting your DS261 reviewed by NVC. Call NVC until it is reviewed. Good luck.

Thanks!!!

Hi Nicalord,I'm not sure how long do they input our documents into their system but I received an email confirmation that they received my documents and from the date they received it will take 60 business days to review..So after you will receive a confirmation letter from the NVC that they receive your docs. We start counting then..

With your IV try to call NVC because they will review your DS261 and then after that yo will get IV invoice .What I did I called NVC one week after AOS showed paid and the representative said wait after one week but the next day when I checked it I was able to access it.
