If you have received IV fee invoice, just get a money order from Western union, enclosed with IV fee invoice copy and mail to below address, as we don't have any ETA of NVC system when it will function..

just write your case no and enclosed IV fees invoice copy while sending

I've sent the IV money through mail to NVC so how many days it will take with them to get the payment and get paid on the system

and after that any one have idea how we can get access on the system to fill the DS 260 ?!!

You'll hardly see anyone here who paid via mail as most of us paid online.. I'll advice that you call NVC a week after it was delivered

You'll have access to DS260 when your DS261 has been reviewed..

It's usually better you call them to review your DS261 on phone as soon as that's done, you likely get access to fill DS260 the next day

You'll have access to DS260 when your DS261 has been reviewed..

It's usually better you call them to review your DS261 on phone as soon as that's done, you likely get access to fill DS260 the next day

i have to pay by mail almost 3 weeks and no access to pay the IV Fee so i Decided to sent it by mail yesterday... Now NVC they have technical problem on their system so now we cant pay the fee and access the Ds 260 so that im asking what we have to do

Hello Sam,

Wait for couple of days.....we also sent our IV fees via mail to NVC and delivered on 28.05.2015.
