If you husband or wife fill it, that is first (i am first), but if he or she is your co-sponsoship it is second joint sponsor

In part 2nd, you can send them all proof of relationship between you and your wife,such as photos, letter, email, wherever things that proof your relationship is true.

my wife she is my mean sponsor as she don't have income so her brother in-law will come as joint soponsor as what he has to select

1- I'm only the joint sponsor

or 2- I'm the first or second of two joint sponsor

Wife file i864. Brother in law file 864 also and 1 i am only joint sponsor. If joint sponsor's wife's income included on last year taxes then she needs to file 864A with your BIL.

Normally they take 1 week or more, just wait. they will send email in both (you and your wife)

I later saw that I'm supposed to address it to

Attn. DR

31 Rochester Avenue Suite

100 Portsmouth,

NH 03801-29114

The only difference is the Attn. CMR and Attn. DR.

Does it really matter?

It's almost same as I know many office is there but the important to write your case number and category on the package

Same here...finally we decided to send IV fees by mail...don't know how long it will take for them to fix their system.

by the way have you received any acknowledgement email on your AOS & IV package from NVC that they received,....mine was delviered on May 13,2015 still no email from NVC that they received our package ??

If you have received IV fee invoice, just get a money order from Western union, enclosed with IV fee invoice copy and mail to below address, as we don't have any ETA of NVC system when it will function..
