I think i got a problem with our documents can somebody help me to understand this checklist...i called nvc april 23,2015 and ask about all the documents we submit if there is any additional documents needed to submit it says the representative you are already case complete and wait for the IL,and then i repeated again to the representative just to confirmed and make me feel satisfied with his answer. does it mean were case complete? And he said yes mam your case complete...so after that phone call i expect that no more problems with all the documents we submitted...so 2nd problem with this checklist it says in the instruction i need to pay the iv we already paid the iv april 15,2015 and why they are giving instruction that is not updated it showed already at ceac its already paid? Pls need your help guys

don't worry about it sis,because you said you already paid your IV ...Probably they haven't reviewed yet you IV payment that's why they sent you checklist about it.Try to call NVC let them know about it that you've already paid..

So sorry FY, you can call NVC and ask operator reviewing online over phone, then they´ll give you confirmation and reviewed. My experience was I fill DS-261 and them it shows incomplete, inmediatly my wife call them and a girl says that they going review it, then next day it was complete line.

Only I tell you, this CK list will delay you wait a little more because they´ll take 45 days more to complete your case, i´m waiting for CC, after first CK list in April 10th.

I see your case has been Completed, so wait they reply you inquiry. in several days, maybe.

Even the representative was confused about the payment of Iv on the other screen its paid but other screen when she check its not yet paid...i was wondering there system is not accurate thats why they are not updated in reviewing all the payments

^i experienced the same thing. I received a false checklist thaty ds260 is not yet completed. After several folow up to NVC and case has been escalated to the supervisor, called to today and they said my case is now complete. Will wait for the letter from NVC next week.

I was so worried when we received that checklist bec the last time i called april 23 it said that were case complete and waiting for the IL..but then may 7 we received a false checklist??? Thats why we call asap nvc she confirmed also that were case complete and advice ask to wait till next week for the feedback with the payment of IV

guys my brother in-law going to be my joint soposor so pls i have 2 question

1- what he has to select in part 1 in (I-864)

1- I'm only the joint sponsor

or 2- I'm the first or second of two joint sponsor

2-for documents what the proof of relation ?! for both sponsor my wife and my brother in-law is birth certificate is ok for that

If you husband or wife fill it, that is first (i am first), but if he or she is your co-sponsoship it is second joint sponsor

In part 2nd, you can send them all proof of relationship between you and your wife,such as photos, letter, email, wherever things that proof your relationship is true.
