Hi Nicolard

I am filling the I864 form and i came into some concerns, can you please help since your form has been accepted by them and you are expert :):

1- on part 2 ( information on principle immigrant): I don't have an A-number, should I leave it blank or should I write None? this Part is for Me( immigrant) not my husband who is petitioner , right?

2- It said somewhere do not leave any field blank, otherwise we get checklist, but most sections do not apply to us like Part 3 , family members. it is only me and we should leave them blank :D. should we right "none" or "-" on all the fields that do not hold information?

Many thanks

Hi.
I think the I-864 form must be fill by petitioner, He is the person who have to fill the form for both, you only send him your civil docs like:
Supporting Documents
Adoption documentation.......................
Birth certificates....................................
Court and prison record(s)....................
Marriage certificate...............................
Marriage termination documents..........
Military records.....................................
Petitioner documents.............................
Photocopy of valid passport..................
Photographs...........................................
Police Certificate(s)..............................
Translations...........................................
Photocopies...........................................
it means the required by NVC, He is who lives in the US not you, if you have more doubt please I advice you read instructions in USCIS website: http://www.uscis.gov/i-864
you can download the form and instructions.
I hope helpfully you
concern in part 2 these point will be apply if you have a co-sponsorship if you husband not need it i think that will be only you sponsor.

Hi guys,my interview experienced at the US EMBASSY Manila Philippines
I arrived at the embassy around 3:30 am and I was number 11 on the line
Around 5:00 AM the guard let us in and there were 2 woman collecting the

2.Appoinment letter first page only
3.Passport
and then returned it to me with my passport inside the plastic and delivery
infromation sheet. You have to fill it out later for your visa delivery
Next I went inside for body and bag checking
Then I proceed to :
Step 1.finger print scanning and the woman asked me DS260 confirmation
page andAppoinment letter she wrote something on it and returned it to me
.And then she told me to go directly to step 2.
waiting time 2 minutes only before step 2
Step 2.Pre Screening Filipino consul.
He asked me the following documents because we only sent a xerox
copy to NVC.

I submitted all those documnets

D.when was the last time he visited you.?
E.How did you know each other ?
F.Do you have a pictures together?
And that's all he then told me to go directly to step4 for final

waiting time before step 4 almost 2 hrs of sitting and waiting before the
consul called my # and I don't know why the're not using there screen to
show numbers.
Step 4. American Consul.( a woman and she was very nice.)

1. woman asked me my ds260 confirmation page again
