Hi.

My Pad is 15-Feb-14. Yesterday I just noticed that i can access AOS online Form and status is not invoiced.

Plz tell me when I will be able to get invoice and pay... When I will be able to access ds261...

USCIS Stage:

Dec 02 2013: Priority Date

Feb 28 2014: NOA 2 Received.

Aug 14 2014 : No Visa available letter

April 14 2015: New Scan date Asigned

May 8 2015: E-mail with 2nd Check list, CC but I need new AOS form for interview day, because item missing.

May 14 2015: Case complete by e-mail.

I hope, I will not call NVC this week.

I am just asking about 3 N/A's because all people think its might be sign of cc.

Anyway, Did you receive email from NVC for CC ? or when they will send?

I am sorry that I'm asking alot but I've nothing to do. I'm just waiting.

3 na's has proven to be a definite case complete sign on this forum. However it didn't work in my case. I haven't received any email confirmation for my case complete, I'm expecting it by next Monday. I just got it confirmed on the phone by a rep. Don't stress out, you'll have news about your case soon.

02/13/2015 - Got an email with NVC Welcome letter and AOS Invoice

02/13/2015 - Paid AOS Fee

02/18/2015 - AOS shows PAID on ceac

02/22/2015 - AOS and civil documents sent off
02/23/2015 - DS-261 reviewed and IV Fee invoice received

02/24/2015 - IV Fee paid

02/25/2015 - Documents delivered to the NVC (scan date)

02/25/2015 - DS-260 submitted

03/30/2015 - Case Complete by phone

04/06/2015 - Case Complete email received

06/03/2015 - Got my interview scheduled for July, 6

Everyone waiting for an email from NVC, Please check your SPAM folder. Gmail most of the time sends the NVC email to SPAM folder. It happened to me. Luckily my attorney also gets the same email and reminds me everytime.

Hello all,

My priority date is 27th Sep 2013, Scan date March 10th 2015. I still don't have access to DS260 and IV Payment. When I try calling the NVC at (603) 334-0700 , it says "Due to large number of calls we are receiving, all of our customer service representatives are busy helping other customers, please try again later". It doesn't put me on hold as well. Do you guys have any idea? Any answer would be very much appreciated.

May you plz tell me what is NOA1 and NOA2?

I have received only 2 emails. One is documents received and Case number...other is application number with PD and invoice number.

So these are NOA1 and NOA2...?

Dec 04 2013: I-130 Sent

Dec 16 2013: Priority Date assigned

April 01 2014: NOA 1 received

June 03 2014: NOA 2 Received

NVC Stage:

Feb 26 2015: DS 261 Completed

Feb 27 2015: AOS Fee Paid

Feb 27 2015: Cover Sheet Received

March 16 2015: IV Packet sent/ Aos

Hey guys,

just off the phone with the NVC. I've got case complete confirmed as of 03/30/2015 (no check lists). My documents were delivered to the NVC on 02/25/2015.

This shows that one can get case complete before 60 days.

Good Job guys. Called NVC today and I was told would have access shortly.

Confused with the steps though.

As soon as I pay the fees and everything... I know I'll have to send some documents to NVC

What are the documents to send?

Originals or copies

Will the document be sent by post or email?

I called NVC this morning since I filled out my DS-261 on February 25th and still haven't received my IV bill, the lady said she was going to send it over to her supervisor to have it reviewed, I hope they review it soon.

Today I got an email from NVC with subject (PAOSF I-130 FOR NEOPOST DS-1200)(CC)

Attached with the mail was a 4 page PDF attachment.

A welcome letter was page 1 of the PDF while in page 3 is (Affidavit of Support Fee Invoice). I have it attached with this post(kindly view)

Do this mean NVC has invoiced me to pay AOS

I still dont have access to pay online though..It shows N/A and "termination" Do i call NVC?

Guess plz i'm confused here

From the FAQ I saw that credit cards and checks are not accepted
