NVC sent me a checklist to submit items already submitted????

In regards to attempting to get my Mother a Green Card, as I am a US Citizen, I received a "checklist" of supporting documents to send into the NVC and every item on that check list has been submitted already. I have been trying to call the 603-334-0700 support number but can not even get in a queue as the recording says "too busy" and call back.

Has anyone experienced this?? Seems to be an error on their part, as all the information has been submitted, organized and labelled?

Please help.

What time of day are you calling? The best time to call is when they first open or right before they close. Their time is Monday thru Friday 7am to midnight eastern time

I have always call when they open which is 6am my time and always gotten thru. I have call them about 7 times now for various questions

Also that could be a false checklist. there are post on here about receiving one. Usually if they are not asking for a certain specific item or items and are asking for everything it is probably just a false checklist

Yes, I have tried first thing 7AM, EST and the same recording continues to come on, that all CSR's are busy, please call back. It appears to simply be a robo recording at this point.

Don't worry at all! Same exact thing happened to me. I called and they told me they review the ds260. They haven't review the docs yet. So disregard that checklist. When did u submit the documents?

Thanks for the reply. Tried calling the NVC again and finally got through.....after 20 minute hold. They said they have not reviewed the packet of information sent and the "checklist" is a computer generated form that does not reflect anything at this point. They asked me to call back in 1 week.
