you are paying the lawyer to do a job but you have the right to see what he is sending on your behalf. Whether you are a lawyer or not has nothing to do with taking a review of what he is sending in you may not know the law for say and you may not know the case studies that he is quoting per se but you do know your life and your situation and you I have the right as a paying customer to verify the information that he is sending is correct.

Waiver mailed January 17th

Waiver received January 18th

Waiver received from Phoenix to Nebraska Center January 27th

Waiver approved February 17th!!!!!!

this is for a 601 waiver no lawyer assistance and the reason for the expedite is because I need two surgeries one is pre cancer related in addition to I am also bipolar with PSTD and panic disorder and severe depression.

Your husband like many believe in attys and not doing a bit of research for themselves,

what is the atty history with waivers ?, even a 1st yr, law student knows the hardship

decision is based on the USC, also he can be reported to the bar for misleading info,

having an immigration atty don't mean they know everything, theres waivers, U visas,&

work visas specialists within the immigration frame-work...Would he go to an eye doctor

who tells him amputate his leg because it hurts & he's a doctor so he knows, no ! ,drastic

times needs drastic measures more professional opinions are needed. U OP should

google and read up on hardship waivers

I normally read and also send him the link and tell him to read. His problem is he is tooo softer with people, don't talk much etc. Looking at the atty website I don't see anything about waiver if he has ever done one or he actually specialist in waiver no mention of waiver in his Web page. As for the lawyer doesn't even want to hear from me, because I tell him how to do his job. Hubby is seeing a psychologist therapies or whatever they are called. If after wasting my time and we get denied, I will be reporting him and asking for our money back.

This is the greatest lesson a child can learn. It is the greatest lesson anyone can learn. It has been the greatest lesson I have learned: if you persevere, stick w/it, work @ it, you have a real opportunity to achieve something. Sure, there will be storms along the way. And you might not reach your goal right away. But if you do your best and keep a true compass, you'll get there. Edward M. Kennedy,

Precisely, I will tell hubby to ask them to send him or email him a copy of what thy are sending before they send it off, because as for me I don't want to hear from me because they said am not the one who gave the case to them, which is understandable. Thanks. Any news on your end when your visa will be ready for pickup

That sounds like a good idea as long as you get to see a copy of what they're sending out. Girl all the help I had I got from reading all of the websites and not just this one also immigrate2us has some great waiver information. Actually today I called the embassy and they have approved to print up his visa so I'm going to make a post here in a minute♡

Goes to the Lockbox in the US.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
