SLEC Medical & USEM Interview Scheduled, ? about Fees

Wife is in the IR-1 Category, and I-130 was filed directly with USCIS Manila at the Embassy (DCF). Just went on USTravelDocs/FederalSecureForce Website and scheduled her interview. And we're all set for SLEC as well.

Just asking for confirmation about fees.

1) SLEC fee is US$245, payable in PHP (P11,025).

2) The Visa Application/Interview Fee is US$325

And since we went DCF, the Visa Fee is payable at the Embassy Cashier right? (DCFers and those in the know, I'm asking you guys)

3) The USCIS Immigration Fee (which is for her Green Card) is payable on ELIS, online, once we're finished at the Embassy and received her packet or can that be paid at the Embassy as well?

Hello manilaraf I know this post was kast feb and you're all done with the process, I just want to know if these were all the things that you paid?
