Hi! I started my journey in the US as a J1 way back in Nov 2012. I extended my visa through my agent and moved to a new property in Savannah. I met my soon-to-be husband in June 2013.

I went home to graduate and came back here with another J1 visa. My visa ends on March 3rd.

We are about to file all other documents except the I-693 since we did not know that it takes very long to get all it done.

Q: Will I have to pay another fee to re-file my I-485 with the medical form?

or

Q2: Can I complete it and file within my grace period (March 3- April 3) or that would make me not eligible?

Please help.
