hello everybody,

I send the I-130 and I -485 applications at the same time 2 weeks ago.

What is happening next ? Are they gonna send me a letter for the fingerprint or the interview first ?

Also, my future employer and I are waiting for my work autorization. Do you know how long it takes from the moment you send all the documents ?

Thanks everybody

First of all, you will received NOA-1 hardcopies for all the applications you have sent. After that, you will received biometric appointment. Depends how busy USCIS local offices are, you will received either interview appointment or interview waiver notification.

As my EAD, I received it 69 days from NOA-1.

About 60-90 days for EAD. You will first have a biometrics appointment, then later an interview.

You filed the I-130 too, so I assume you are adjusting from a visa other than a family based one and moving your post accordingly.

Did you file a I-765 form also (EAD)? Just checking, because you only said I-130 and I-485.
