Where does it say we need the DS3025?

We just had a closed packet that was to pass on to the doctor ... they completed everything and sent it directly to the embassy.

I think its optional, the ds3025, but I know we meaning my fiancee and I need it because she doesnt have a vacine record so we were going to get vacinces done too.

When you go to your interview you might be given a copy of the DS3025 with your X-ray cd. I know that London gives the X-ray cd when you attend for the interview. We don't get the packet to pass to the embassy. It's sent directly by the doctor. It may be that some consulates give both on the day of the interview and it's worth asking as having a copy will make AOS a whole lot easier.

I ask because they actually messed up my vaccination sheet and I had to get them to fix it before the sent it to the embassy and they had an scanned copy emailed to me. I believe our one keeps copy records on their computer system so you may be able to get a copy from them directly.

You have been reading and asking questions and keeping yourself informed. The fact that you've stuck it out for this many months at TSC also means you have been building your relationship evidence while you wait. Be prepared (and you probably are well prepared) and you should be fine.

Yes, they're quite near and so easier for me to go and see them and get copies of everything. Thanks..glad I found out now ..(who needs unnecessary issues further down the track?)

Each consulate has its own system. We are with London in the UK and you don't get a choice. They send a letter and that's it. You can't even call them!

Thanks. I don't know what's wrong with my Timeline I have tried so many times to update my information and it won't work. With our Consulate we scheduled our interview online ourselves with two available dates for the month of May but we choose 5/21/15..
