It's been 2 weeks since the embassy received my file. Still no P3 -_-

The waiting game begins all over again!

=[ Hang in there, Can't you try calling your embassy?

We called. It took about a week from when it was sent to NVC until they had our case number.

Thank you!

I did last week and all they said was that they did receive it and I'll be receiving instructions soon. Whatever "soon" means!

Good Morning VJ family... I just checked now and our case says "Ready" but am happy and confuse at the same time. Please help! Do I wait for the letter from NVC or embassy to proceed with the DS 160? Police report and scheduling for the medical? And also do have to submit the affidavit of support to the NVC or take it with you to the Interview?

Thanks

Wonderful! You're all set for the next steps now.

Check on your local embassy's regional forum as things start getting different once the petitions leave the embassy. If your case status shows as ready, you should be able to submit your DS160. I'm not sure what the process is for scheduling appointments at your embassy, so again, check with others in the same country for the sake of accuracy. If you don't yet have the Police report, now is the time to get it. Good luck and keep us updated.
