Sorry for some reason I am not finding anything and I know someones going to yell at me but I am dying to know!!

I recieved an email a while ago saying that they recieved my I130 application and to follow the instructions of the mail they will be sending..

I got the mail and there is no instructions...So I log in check status and the status says please follow instructions on the notice...There are no instructions ha ha?

Anyone?

so your 130 was approved and its at nvc? and NVC sent you a email saying follow the instructions correct? just want to give you correct info , and a while ago is how long ago?

or

you just recently sent your 130 and they sent you a reply saying follow the instruction?

Scan date: February 3, 2015
Checklist: March 19, 2015 (only need to send south Africa police report)
Case Complete: June 3, 2015 

EMBASSY: 10 months
Interview appointment letter : December 4, 2015
Interview Date : January 21, 2016 medical wasn't complete
Second interview date: April 4th 2016
Interview Result :APPROVED!!!
Visa Received : 4/13/2016 ( they sent us a email stating our visa was ready for pick up)

USA LIFE
US Entry :4/29/2016 
Social Security : 5/10/2016 (filed from the actual office)
State ID: 5/14/2016
Started working!!: 5/25/2016
Finally paid green card fee: 6/24/2016 ( note said we will receive it within 60 days)
Green card in hand: 7/5/2016 10 year green card we done!! 

1st king born: 6/30/2016

April 2017 update: Marriage still going strong, baby boy getting bigger. Life is good

if you click on your name at the top right . go to my timeline and hit edit.. ok well it looks like you got your NOA1 and waiting for your NOA2 .. now its just a waiting game like your title. depending on the service center you are at it can take 5 months or more, or less What service center did your paper state? I can find you the right thread with others in your same situation

Ok I did my timeline... Ok so I do not need to follow any instructions then just wait? It is the Vermont Service center

no more instructions. just waiting.. you will either get approved or be requested to send more info. if your requested to send more info or fix something then they will send you instructions to do so.

kidding if your in the same boat like the rest of us it will be a few months at NVC ..

http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Process check out this guide now and read it a million times over. in about 2 weeks NVC should receive your case then about 30 days from then ( they says 42) you can call back to get a case #

but come over to the thread I posted in the previous comment and check it out ask questions if you have any

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).
