K1 visa on hand, question about annotation

Hi vj'ers.. I just got my visa deliverd tonight, however I was looking at the visa and there's an annotation MED CLASs B... Wondering what that means? Will I have any issue at my POE? I read an article that it has something to do with physical/mental disorder or something? Wth, there was no mental exams like that during the medical exams at SLEC?? The only thing I remember telling the doctor was I was hospitalized in 2012 coz of uti that's it! I'm now again worrying... Any inputs guys? Thanks a lot

Thanks dean! I really can't sleep but thanks for giving me the link I kinda feel relieved atleast for now, I'm just scared of flying to the U.S. and got refusal of entry coz of the annotation :/ can't wait for march 8 though that's my flight date hopefully everything will be ok then. Again thank you
