Temp migrate would be with a working visa if a company

offers to hire an sponsor you....cost a lot of money to company.

Visitors visa is not migrating, one gets to vacation & go home

you will need to show strong ties to your country home, car,

good job and bank balances, and convince the CO you will

go back home.

If your brother is a US citizen he can petition you that will take

years to process.

F 1 visa if you want to be a student you,have to show money to

finance your stay while in school and pay up school fees if

accepted to a school fot this visa

Since you cannot work or go to school on a visit visa, there is no educational requirement.

That depends on the sort of visa you are going for. In almost all cases (except some intern visas), it is the employer who deals and pays for all the visa paperwork. As it costs them $5000+ you are generally looking at jobs in management or highly specialised (engineers, IT etc).
