Oh ok if you went to an immigration lawyer I'm sure they can assist you much better than we can lol but from what I understand about RFEs they are all the same generic information about them wanting additional evidence from us then lower on the first page it will tell you specifically what they want from you. I think it was in bold for us....even though you spoke to a lawyer I would still talk to a tier 2 agent before sending it in and read it to them so they can make sure your sending the right stuff in. 2 out of 3 I spoke to were very helpful with putting together my RFE...Anyways yea so do read the letter again careful it should say exactly what was missing or insufficient , do what ever the lawyer told you to do, then speak to a tier 2 agent...maybe even go back to the lawyer to review it. But definitely do get it in ASAP so you don't have to wait much longer....best of luck bhjameson15 :)

The first page of the REF was not really detailed. The second page was confusing. I was overthinking it. The lawyer stated they just wanted me to check the box that applied and that was it. He laughed because he has seen so many RFE's and they are all different. The information they wanted to know was just if we used a lawyer or not. um really? The immigration also said just check the box and send it off. I am feeling very confidant it is right :) I wish I could see actual copies of the REF's people receive. It was hard to understand because it was not clear cut . I appreciate this site so much and hearing other peoples experiences really help :)

Don't think of it as a set back. Think of it as good news since it means your petition was being processed and not lost in the corner of the wrong office.

I agree!!!
