Help with registering for Loomis Courier Services!

I just tried to register myself. It seems they updated the website. Now you can register the courier service without scheduling an appointment. Once you are done, an instruction page will show up and tells you that you need to print the page and bring it with you to the interview.

This page shows the loomis location you selected. However, it only shows a number called IRV identification number which is 8 digits. I guess this is the loomis confirmation number? It's impossible to print the number though so I took a screen shot just in case.

This is one of the worst sites I've ever seen. They totally wasted the taxpayers' money.
