Omg I made a typo mistake!!!

Timeline

In the stress of waiting I looked over the copy of my petition and realized a name typo for my fiance .. idk why I didnt see it his name is Axxxx Mxxxx Abdelyyyyy however on the letter of intent it says Axxxx Abdelyyyy Mxxxx. On all other forms it is correct byt that one.... please tell me they wont deny my petition because of it I pray if they see it only an RFE.... im freaking out and crying im sooo upset!!

Don't worry they are not going to deny you for that. If anything they will just send you an RFE for a corrected letter of intent.

Don't worried. A typo is very common. My husband and I did too and they did not denied and we did not get an RFE for these mistakes.

Thanks I pray all will be well I don't want them to think it's not real because of that.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Typos happen everywhere.

I noticed on one of my letters that i got sent, My birthday was backwards.

usually to me its 9/6/88.

But I guess they got mixed up and put 6/9/88

I never questioned it because it was correct on everything else, and it was never brought up.

So don't worry. If you get an RFE for it, then that's an easy thing to fix.

My only suggestion, prepare one now that is correct with a wet signature, so if you do, you can send one off as soon as you get it.
